Floorplan of exhibition areas
The exhibition area at OSC-08 can accommodate over 50 exhibitors and consists of:
- the Foyer area: very light and airy and directly on the route of all delegates as they arrive at the conference
- the Exhibition room: spacious and immediately adjacent to the entrances to the main conference room
All refreshments will be served in the exhibition areas, which will encourage delegates to circulate and will allow them plenty of opportunities to visit the displays.

This year we are offering a variety of exhibition options to suit all budgets:
- Innovation exhibitor: 6m2 exhibition space with table for start-ups and academic institutions
- Exhibitor: our standard package, offering 6m2 exhibition space with table, ideal for pull-up stands
- Premium Exhibitor: 6m2 exhibition booth available in both the Foyer and Exhibition room
- Bronze Sponsor: 9m2 exhibition booth in enhanced locations, adjacent to the entrance routes to main
conference rooms
- Silver Sponsor: 9m2 exhibition booth in superior locations, positioned in high traffic areas in the Foyer
- Gold Sponsor: 12m2 exhibition booth in premium location for high visibility to visitors as they arrive on the Foyer level
- Platinum Sponsor: 18m2 exhibition space in prime location right at the head of the entrance escalator on the Foyer level,
with concept scheme booth. Your booth will be in front of every visitor as they arrive.
