Call for papers

The peer-reviewed sessions at OSC-08 will run in parallel to the industry sessions on 30 September and 1 October. Papers will be considered for oral or poster presentation.

Notice to authors
cintelliq would like to thank the authors who have already submitted papers for the peer review sessions at OSC-08.

Unfortunately, we did experience some problems with our email service over the long weekend from 2-6 May 2008 and some emails may not have reached us. If you submitted your paper during this period and have not yet received an acknowledgement from us, please resend your paper.

Papers are invited on subjects relating to organic semiconductor technologies including, but not limited to:
  • transistors (OTFT and OFET)
  • photovoltaic
  • memory devices
  • displays
  • signage
  • OLEDs
  • RFID
  • smart packaging
  • sensors
  • backplanes
  • patterning
  • materials
  • encapsulation
  • roll-to-roll manufacturing
  • inline manufacturing
Also this year for the first time we are accepting papers on:
  • carbon nanotubes
  • graphenes
  • fullerenes
If you wish to present a paper in the peer-reviewed sessions or poster session you must submit a 300-word abstract and a 35-word summary by Sunday 25 May 2008 for the consideration of the peer-review committee. Summaries of accepted papers will be used in conference promotional material so must be suitable for publication. Abstracts and summaries should be sent to . Please indicate whether you would prefer to give an oral or a poster presentation.

Timetable for authors of peer-reviewed papers

Authors will be notified if their paper has been accepted by the end of June. Full papers must be submitted by 9 August 2008. These will be included in the set of conference proceedings provided for all delegates at the start of the conference.

Author benefits
Authors of peer-reviewed papers accepted for oral or poster presentation are eligible for the academic delegate rate, payment for which must be made by 9 August 2008. This entitles them to attend any of the conference sessions as well as the exhibition and the networking events.
