Fully spray coated organic photodiodes for position-sensitive detectors
We present the fabrication of fully spray-coated photodiodes with reproducible dark and photocurrents. The bulk heterojunction diodes show dark current densities of 5x10E-5 mA/cm2 at a reverse bias of -5 V, responsivities of 0.34 A/W at 530 nm, a NEP of 1x10E-13 W/Hz1/2 and a normalized detectivity of 2x10E10 Jones. Fully-organic OPDs have been fabricated with tunable spectral sensitivities covering the visible to near-infrared spectrum up to 1 µm.

Thin film encapsulation of organic LEDs
Thin-film encapsulation of OLEDs on basis of a SiN barrier layer is applied to reduce and delay the formation of black spots. These spots occur when the device is exposed to the ambient atmosphere. Two variants of thin-film encapsulation will be presented.

Ribtan - a new graphene-based material for electronics
We developed Ribtan - a new proprietary graphene-based material, and a proprietary technique for its fabrication over large substrate area. The new technology allows manufacturing of Ribtan material in a wide range of electrical properties, such as insulating, semiconducting, and metallic. Low cost printing deposition and inexpensive processing make materials attractive for electronic applications such as Home TV LCD and Integrated Circuits.

Advances in lithographic patterning of micron-sized features on flexible substrates
In this paper advances in the lithographic patterning of micron-sized features on flexible substrates are addressed. An in-house developed handling method provided excellent dimensional stability to foils during processing and yielded overlay accuracies better than 0.5 m. The optical lithography patterning process yielded uniformly distributed micron-sized features over the whole 6 inch wafer.
